Before the international break, Kansanshi Dynamos suffered a 1-0 defeat to Zanaco at Sunset stadium | Kansanshi Dynamos FC Facebook page.

Kansanshi Dynamos acting head coach Donewell Yobe is anticipating a tough match against league pacesetters, Red Arrows, in a week 13 encounter slated for Lusaka’s Nkoloma stadium this Saturday.

Before the international break, the mabanga boys suffered a 1-0 defeat to Zanaco under coach Yobe, since he took over from Boyd Mulwanda.

On the other hand, Arrows have been doing well this season and will be looking to continue with their winning form when they host Kansanshi Dynamos.

However, speaking to the Club’s media ahead of the match, Yobe is aware of their opponents’ current form, but believes the team has prepared and is ready for the match.

“It’s going to be a very good game against the league leaders, but the boys are up to the challenge, we are psyching them to continue with their fighting spirit and focus on the game. Well, if we are to pick the last game against Zanaco, it is only the finishing part that needs sharpening as well as solidifying the defence so that we do not concede,” expressed Yobe.

Yobe reveals return of injured players.

The former physical trainer for the Napsa stars also spoke about some of his players who have returned to the team after missing action through illness and injuries.

“We had a few players with knocks some were sick so amongst those with knocks that are still out is Marvin Jere and Kunda Mazhinga we are yet to get full details from the doctors as to when they may start full training,”

“Other than that, those that had few knocks like Jimmy, Rodgers Chitambala and Christopher Katongo have all reported they are looking fresh and sharp,” explained Yobe.

Kansanshi Dynamos are currently 13th on the log with 12 points from 12 matches played so far and the Solwezi based side is aiming for nothing but a victory going into this match.
