COSAFA 2022 Champions Zambia are away to Mozambique at Estadio de Zimpeto in the first leg, first round of the African Nations Championships.

The Chipolopolo are motivated after thier COSAFA Cup triumph while Mozambique will be looking for a better performance after finishing the tournament in fourth place.

On head to head Zambia has the edge and eliminated Mozambique in the 2016 CHAN Qualifiers.

Zambia have qualified for the last 3 editions of the CHAN while Mozambique have only ever qualified for one CHAN edition.
