A 68th minute goal by substitute Dalitso Lungu ensured Nkana remain without a single point, let alone a goal.

Napsa Stars remain another victim who are yet to record a point after a 2-1 defeat to Green Buffaloes, a first for the army sponsored side, a recovery from a 1 nil defeat to Mufulira Wanderers.

Christon Jere’s 90th minute winner saw ‘The Magnificent’ Kabwe Warriors pick up their first win of the season after a 2-1 win against newly promoted Trident Football Club.

Napsa Stars lost 2-1 to Green Buffaloes.

The chance for Clive Biyeta’s team to defeat Kansanshi Dynamos in their second game of the season was lost when he missed a penalty in the 31st minute. There was another nil-nil draw between Konkola Blades and Green Eagles.

Elsewhere, Zanaco’s Isaac Shamujompa goal late into the game against ABSA Cup Champions Forest Rangers cancelled out Quadri Kola’s goal in the 59th minute to the bankers earn a point for the new season.

Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba netted a spectacular free kick in the waning moments of the game to enable Zesco United salvage a point against visiting Prison Leopards.
