Chelsea agree to loan out Romelu Lukaku to Roma for one season. The Serie A side will pay £8m for the striker, with no obligation to make the deal permanent. Reports Skynews.
However they will cover the Belgian’s salary totaling €7.5m over 10 months. The 30 year-old joined Chelsea for £97.5m in 2021 and scored only 8 Premier League goals in 26 games. He was then loaned out to Internazionale last season. Lukaku is very keen to join up with the former Blues manager José Mourinho in Rome.
