Kingstone Mutandwa has continued his impressive form in Switzerland, scoring his seventh goal for Servette since joining the club on a season-long loan from Italian Serie A side Cagliari.
On Saturday, Mutandwa scored in Servette’s 2-1 victory over FC Vaduz in the Swiss Super League, helping his side move into fifth place with 16 points from 11 matches.
The Zambian forward has now scored in each of Servette’s last six matches, including a brace in the Swiss Cup against FC Rotkreuz. He has so far made a total of eight appearances.
His impressive run has seen him find the back of the net seven times across those six appearances, making him one of Servette’s key attacking players in recent weeks.
Reacting to his electric form, Mutandwa took to his Facebook page and wrote: “Another step forward. Together as one, focused on what we want. Thank you to the amazing fans for the support, Servette Football Club.”
Servette’s next match will be against sixth-placed St. Gallen in the Swiss Super League on Saturday, with Mutandwa hoping to extend his scoring run and increase his tally for the club.
