Red Arrows are in advanced talks with Nchanga Rangers goalkeeper Victor Chabu over a move to Nkoloma stadium before the new season starts.
Despite suffering relegation with Rangers last season, the Airmen are keen on signing the shot-stopper. However, his club is reportedly adamant about letting him go.
Chabu is currently part of the National Team squad that is at the COSAFA tournament in South Africa and was the second-choice goalkeeper in the AFCON qualifier against Ivory Coast last month.
