Power Dynamos were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Zesco United over the weekend, cutting their league lead to two points.

This came after Forest Rangers defeated Chambishi FC 2-0 in another game to move to 41 points at the end of week 23.

Despite dropping points at home, Dynamos coach Mwenya Chipepo emphasized that his team is working hard to finish first in the table.

He said that in the second round of the season, games are always played under pressure, but they are ready for such challenges.

“Second round, you always play games under pressure because every team that is coming here, they are coming prepared,” Chipepo said. “So it won’t be easy for us. We will keep on fighting hard to make sure that at least we finish on top.”

The Dynamos tactician has stated that their goal for this season is to win the league.

He also said that he will concentrate more on his team’s strike force in preparation for this weekend’s match against the Kansanshi Dynamos.

“It’s another tricky game, playing against Kansanshi Dynamos; we just have to make sure that we work on the mistakes we made, especially in the finishing part,” said Chipepo.
