Retired Zambian midfielder Enock mwepu has reacted to Nkwazi football club’s gesture today in the Zambian Super League when they warmed-up in t-shirts emblazoned with a tribute message for him.

Nkwazi’s warm-up shirts were emblazoned with the words: “Our thoughts are with you Enock.”
In his reaction to the club, the midfielder nicknamed “computer” has said he is humbled by the kind gesture through a tweet reply.
Mwepu played for Kafue Celtics and in the Zambian Super League with Napsa Stars before moving to Austria where he started his European journey at Leifering before joining FC Redbull Salzburg and later Brighton and Hove Albion.
He has retired from football at the age of 24 and messages of solidarity have continued pouring in from across the world.
