Kabwe Warriors head coach Albert Kachinga stresses the need to improve the attacking department even if his team defeated Lumwana Radiants 2-0 in a Week 29 MTN Super League game.
It was the Warriors’ first victory in four games and Kachinga’s first game as manager.

In a post-match interview, Kachinga acknowledges that his team did not perform at their peak despite securing a 2-0 victory.
He has identified areas for improvement to achieve consistent performances, with a primary focus on the striking department.
“We really didn’t have enough time to prepare, but what we desired was three points, and we’ve gotten these three points despite not being at our best. I feel with a bit of time we’ll do well,” Kachinga said.

“I feel we will need to work a lot on ball possession and doing a lot of attacking training. The picture is quite clear. We kept the shape for this game and this result; it gives us a very clear picture of how the team structure is and how the players respond to playing under pressure and just all those who know other details.”
Kachinga has already turned his focus to the upcoming matches against Mutondo Stars in the Super League and Makeni All Stars in the ABSA Cup.
“We need to plan well and prepare adequately. I know the schedule will be very tough, but we have enough players to do a lot of rotation. We’ll be looking forward to playing these games“
