Speaking to the club’s media, head coach Tenant Chilumba hopes the new signing will help the team deliver positive results.
“Pressure is there, but we have been handling pressure since we took over the team. I’m sure we will pull through. “We have signed Habibu; we thought he could add something to the striking force. We have been struggling a lot; we thought maybe he could add something,”
Chilumba further noted that his team has prepared enough to collect maximum points.
“Very difficult game, I’m sure if you look at the log, they are following us, so to me it’s a deciding game. “It’s a game we have to win, and we are coming from a loss against Kansanshi. We are also avoiding relegation, so our focus is to win this game,” he added.
“We are still looking for a win, but I am sure if I look at the way we have prepared, there is a big change, a big improvement in the team,” concluded the coach.
With only six games left to play, NAPSA Stars need to start collecting maximum points to revive their chances of surviving relegation.
