National Division One side Nchanga Rangers are oozing with confidence with the club president Shapi Shachinda saying the club has already started preparing for Super League football next year.
Rangers, two-times Zambian champions (1980, 1998) presently top the national lower league with 45 points, despite having been demoted to the lower league the previous season.
Shachinda said in an interview after launching the ‘Bravo’ replica that his executive is on a mission to prepare the team adequately for topflight football.
“We have already started preparations for the Super Division,” Shachinda said, “part of those preparations is to change the brand,”
According to Shachinda, the club will promote its own Bravo brand of replica jerseys since it is more affordable.
“We want our fans to dress like other teams as well, and we have found a cost-effective way to produce replicas,” he stated.
Rangers are among the most supported teams in Zambia and boast of having history of producing some of the finest talents such as current Chipolopolo Boys assistant coach, Moses Sichone. Others include Green Buffaloes coach Masauso Tembo and Harry Milanzi and Elijah Tana.

However, the Chingola based side has failed to live up to its reputation in the recent past, something that the current executive hopes will change going forward.
