Power Dynamos defender Kondwani Chiboni has said that his team’s target for this season is to win the ABSA Cup and reclaim the Zambian Super League title.

Chiboni has so far appeared in 23 games for Power Dynamos after joining them at the start of the 2023–2024 season following a stint with Nkana FC, the club’s rivals.

Speaking exclusively to Bolanew, the defender said that he is working hard to ensure he wins the league title with the team.

“I’m doing my best to give good performances to help the team return the title,” he said.

“Of Course I see Power dynamos returning the title. We have a good squad and good coaches, the sponsors too are always there for us,” said Chiboni.

He is also confident that his team will win the 2024 ABSA Cup.

“Power Dynamos will be Champions of the ABSA Cup; that’s how far I see my team,” concluded the former Nkana player.

Meanwhile, the Zambian Super League defending Champions are in third place with 44 points from 25 matches played so far and will face Zanaco on Wednesday in their mid-week fixture at Lusaka’s Sunset Stadium.
