Demarai Gray is close to making a move to Al Ettifaq for around £10m from Everton, the Dailymail have reported.

Gray will be signing a four-year contract with Al-Ettifaq, who are managed by ex-Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard.

The 27 year-old winger stated on social media that he wants to leave the club after falling out with manager Sean Dyche. He refused to train in pre-season after he returned from international duty with Jamaica.

Gray has scored 12 goals and supplied six assists in 75 appearances across all competitions since joining Everton in 2021.
