Kai Havertz has already completed first part of the medical tests as a new Arsenal player. What remains is the contracts to be signed on the clubs side.

The Gunners will pay Chelsea a reported £65 million for Havertz, who looks set to become Mikel Arteta’s first piece of the summer business.

A formal announcement is expected this week and it could even be made in the next 24 hours. Still images surfaced last night showing the 24-year-old in the Gunners outfit’s famous red and white kit. Reports football.london

He is set to be reunited with former team-mate Jorginho, who also made the switch to north London in January.
