Chanda Mukuka has joined Zanaco, reuniting with his former coach Mumba Numba, whom he worked with at Zesco United.
Mukuka recently took to social media to announce his departure from Zesco United, and now Zanaco have confirmed he has joined the Bankers.
“Zanaco Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of versatile and creative midfielder Chanda Mukuka, who joins the Club as a free agent following his departure from Zesco United.
“Mukuka has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the club, bringing creativity, composure, technical quality, and valuable experience to the squad as preparations for the new season continue,” the club said on their website.

The club stated that his inclusion will add depth and quality to the club’s ranks ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Meanwhile, the player said he is happy with the move.
“I am very happy to join Zanaco FC. The club has a great vision and ambitions, and I am looking forward to being part of this journey. My aim is to work hard, contribute to the team’s success, and help the Club achieve its objectives.” Mukuka said.
