Saith Sakala is set to join Chililabombwe-based side Konkola Blades FC, after parting ways with Kabwe Warriors, Bolanews has learned.
Sakala is a free agent following the expiration of his contract with the Kabwe-based side.
His contract with the Magnificent People’s team came to an end last month.
Saith Sakala joined Kabwe Warriors in September 2024 from the Saudi Arabian side Afif Football Club.
During the 2025-26 campaign, Sakala scored a total of nine goals and provided five assists to help Warriors secure a top four finish.

Speaking to Bolanews exclusively, a close source to the player disclosed that Sakala is ready to make a move.
“After evaluating the options he had, Sakala decided to join Konkola Blades. Most of the negotiations have been done, and soon he will be unveiled by the club. The player is expected to sign a one-and-a-half-season deal,” revealed the source.
Sakala is part of the mass departure of players being faced by Kabwe Warriors.
