When the Zambian Premier League returns, Mufulira Wanderers will host league defending champions, Power Dynamos at Shinde Stadium, on 18th January, 2026 before they meet Red Arrows six days later.

Mighty is seventh on the log with 22 points from 14 matches.

The legendary club has managed six wins, drawn four times, losing four matches.

Mufulira Wanderers head coach Lameck Banda says the team is ready for the restart of the Zambian Super League following the Africa Cup of Nations break.

“Everyone is looking sharp, and we are just waiting for the resumption of the league. We will make sure by the time we play Power Dynamos everyone is in shape,” he said.

Speaking to the club’s media in an interview, Banda feels his team has corrected its mistakes and is ready to deliver.

“And as you are aware, we have been having challenges here and there in terms of finishing. I think we have worked on it in training, and we are hoping for the best as we resume,” noted the coach.
