With the 2025-26 season concluded, BolaNews reveals the list of the highest-scoring players for each MTN Zambian Super League club.
Moses Shumah (21 goals)
A record-breaking campaign for the Kenyan striker, whose 21 goals propelled Power Dynamos to their second successive league title.
Albert Kangwanda (13 goals)
Following unsuccessful stints in Sudan and Moldova, Kangwanda returned to the Red Arrows and was their scorer-in-chief with 13 goals.
Amine Hiver (11 goals)
Hiver was the spark for Zesco United, with 11 league goals.
Eliya Mandanji (10 goals)
Despite his local campaign cut short by trials in Denmark, Mandanji finished as the Bankers’ topscorer.

Saith Sakala (8 goals)
Sakala’s eight strikes were not enough to end Kabwe Warriors’ agonizing league title drought.
Derrick Bulaya (8 goals)
The Zambian international bagged eight league goals for Tonka Tweende in 2025-26.
Given Kalusa (8 goals).
Kalusa filled the scoring boots of Andrew Phiri, who was MUZA’s top scorer in the Zambian top flight for the previous three seasons before going abroad.

Christopher Itaka Ilonda (7 goals)
The Congolese striker started the season impressively before taking the foot off the gas just as Nchanga Rangers did in the title race.
Tranquillin Kalonji Mwepu (7 goals)
He emerged as the Mabanga Boys’ topscorer in the 2025-26 Zambian Super League campaign with seven goals.
Joseph Kiala Wakiala (7 goals)
Signed this year by Mutondo Stars, the ex-FC Saint-Éloi Lupopo striker only needed half a season to lead the club’s scoring charts.
Idriss Ilunga Mbombo (5 goals)
Joining Ilonda, Mwepu, and Wakiala on the list is another Congolese attacker, Idriss Mbombo.

Just the five goals for Mbombo this term, a drop-off from the Golden Boot-clinching 13 goals in 2024-25.
Clive Biyeta (5 goals)
Biyeta managed five league goals for the Chililabombwe side.
Nkwazi FC: Christopher Zulu, Carlos Kaoma, Billy Ntumba (4 goals each). The trio tallied four goals each for the policemen.
Martin Njobvu (4 goals)
Njobvu got the goals for Green Buffaloes, netting four.
Mufulira Wanderers: Paul Tembo (4 goals)
Maite has their defense to thank for a positive 7th place finish. Their top scorer recorded only four goals in the league.
FC Leopards: Emmanuel Chabula (4 goals)
Chabula’s four goals was not enough to prevent the Correct Boys suffering relegation.
Mines United: Patrick Simwiinga, Davy Sinyiza, Luka Nguni, Prince Shapota, Nicolas Chisempele (2 goals each).
