MTN Super League side FC Leopards have mutually parted ways with head coach Justin Chinama, the club has announced.
The club also confirmed that assistant coach Donewell Yobe and goalkeeper trainer Lameck Nyangu have left their roles.
Chinama joined Leopards last year and played a key role in the team’s successful promotion to the top flight.
Meanwhile, Assistant Commissioner Kifita announced that Chief Inspector Sunday Sichimata has been appointed interim head coach and will take charge of the team with immediate effect.
Prison Leopards are currently deep in the relegation zone, sitting on 12 points from 15 matches. The Kabwe-based side has recorded just one win, nine draws, and five losses so far this season.
Their 3-0 defeat to Kansanshi Dynamos at Kabwe Independence Stadium last weekend marked Chinama’s final game in charge.
The Correct Boys will face Green Buffaloes on Saturday in their Week 16 fixture.
