Zambia participated in the 2008, 2010 and 2012 African qualification tournaments for the FIFA U17 World Cup.

Mwaziona returns to the squad after missing out of the squad previously.

Speaking to FAZ media after the training session on Tuesday, Sakala said she was happy to make it to the squad and is looking forward to put in her best and help the team win.

“I am happy to be back with the squad, not everyone returns to the team after being left out.

“Training is going on well, we all know why we are here and we are looking forward to the World Cup to go and compete,” she said.

“We will go there and bring out positive results where we are going. Our opponents are tough, but we are also strong we know we have been training so we will go there and win,”said Sakala.
