The Foxes have won their previous two Premier League home games against Liverpool, and they have won more consecutive games (4) against the Reds between 1929 and 1931.

Liverpool have won eight of their last 11 Premier League games against Leicester (D1 L2), more than they had in their previous 19 against the Foxes (W7 D5 L7).

Leicester have only kept one clean sheet across their last 13 Premier League meetings with Liverpool (1-0 in December 2021).

Dean Smith will be determined to frustrate Jurgen Klopp to increase his team’s chances of survival.

Klopp, on the other hand, will be looking to guide Liverpool into a top four finish.

Leicester City: 2 wins
Man City: 3 wins

Players to watch

James Maddison (Leicester City) – He has been the Foxes’ most in-form player this season, with 10 goals and nine assists in his last 27 games. Maddison also scored in their 5-3 defeat to Fulham in their previous outing. Smith will rely on him to score against a resurrected Liverpool team.

Mohammad Salah (Liverpool) –He will certainly be the one to cause problems for the Foxes defenders. The African great has netted 19 Premier League goals this season. Leicester City defense have a difficult task ahead of them tonight.

The Foxes are staring relegation in the eyes just seven years after defying 5000-1 odds to win the title. Will the home side pull a rabbit out of a hat and salvage all three point?

Betting Tip: Try double chance for either team to win and both to score.

Odds: 2.12
