“I Can’t Wait” – Musonda Joins FCB Bullets From Mutondo Stars

Musonda expressed his happiness at joining one of Malawi's top clubs and pledged to perform when given the chance.

Zambian left-back Dominic Musonda, has joined Malawi’s FCB Nyasa Big Bullets on a one-year contract with the option of an extension.

The 24-year-old Musonda joined Bullets from Mutondo Stars to replace defender Alick Lungu, who declined to extend his contract with Bullets after they couldn’t agree on new terms.

Precious Sambani, the previous captain of the Bullets, left the team to join Silver Strikers. In order to choose Musonda, the team also let go of Zimbabwe left back Colin Mujuru.

Speaking to the team media, Musonda expressed his happiness at joining one of Malawi’s top clubs and pledged to perform when given the chance.

“I understand the importance of working hard while earning my place in a team full of talent. I am proud to join my new family and cannot wait to start contributing on the field,” he said.

Musondo has been training with Bullets the past three weeks.
