Paul Pogba made his first appearance as Juventus came from behind twice to win the Turin derby 4-2.
The Frenchman suffered a knee injury during the preseason last year and had surgery, which caused him to miss the World Cup.
Pogba’s last competitive game was Manchester United’s 4-0 loss to Liverpool in the English Premier League in April. He played 10 minutes in that match before he was subbed off after sustaining an injury.
That match was also his last with the English club as he returned to Juventus.

However, in reaction to his return, the Manchester United duo of Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho were happy to see him play again.

The two took to the French midfielder’s Instagram comment section to express their excitement about seeing him play again.
Pogba was introduced in the 68th minute in Juventus’ 4-2 win over Torino.
The Old Lady moved within 10 points of the Champions League places. They now sit seventh in the Serie A standings with 35 points.
Juventus will be boosted by the return of Pogba who is likely to make his first start this season on Sunday when they play against Roma.
