Richards Bay, of South Africa’s DSTV Premiership, is reportedly close to signing Ian Otieno from ZESCO United.
According to the iDiski Times, the Kenya international goalkeeper has reached an agreement in principle with the club, which narrowly avoided relegation in last season’s playoffs.
