Fabrizio Romano tweeted that “I can confirm that Arda will leave because he wants to leave”.
“We found formulas where he can stay at Fenerbahçe but he decided to leave” said Fenerbahçe president Ali Koc on Arda Güler.
Should the fee be agreed, Guler is expected to fly to Madrid in order to finalise the deal. The deal which is in the region of €20m, could be completed as early as this week.
Guler will become Real Madrid’s fifth summer signing. He will be a valuable player for both the present and future.
Reports are that Arda Guler chose to join Real Madrid this summer, ending Barcelona’s hopes of signing the Turkish sensation.
