Arsenal are expected to make a formal bid worth £90m for England midfielder and West Ham captain Declan Rice.
Declan Rice was made West Ham captain last summer, Arsenal signed Jorginho in January but Mikel Arteta remains keen to strengthen his midfield, Manchester City and Manchester United have also been linked with the England midfielder.
