MTN Super League side Zanaco Football Club is on the verge of securing the services of George Ngoma on a season-long loan from Green Buffaloes, BolaNews understands.

A source close to the player has revealed that the deal is in its final stages, with personal terms already agreed. Ngoma is expected to undergo a medical in the coming days.

Ngoma, who spent last season on loan at Ndola giants ZESCO United, opted not to extend his stay and is now set for a new challenge in the capital, Lusaka.

Despite earlier reports linking him with a move to Nchanga Rangers, BolaNews can reveal that Zanaco are now favourites to land his signature, with the deal expected to be completed by the end of the week.

Zanaco has been active in the transfer market following a disappointing campaign, as they look to bolster their squad ahead of the 2025/26 MTN Super League season.
