On Sunday afternoon, Nkwazi Football Club and Zanaco Football Club will square off at the Edwin Imboela Stadium because both clubs are in dire need of three points.

Nkwazi will aim at nothing but a victory from the bankers at home after a 1-1 away tie against Kabwe Warriors at Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium in their matchup from week six.

On the other hand, Zanaco scored a nil-nil draw at home last weekend against Prison Leopards.

Coach Oswald Mutapa has made Nkwazi appear like a new team this year, and they have avoided losing at home this year. The Policemen will try to keep up their excellent record against the Bankers at home.

Coach Wedson Nyirenda of the bankers, however, hailed Coach Mutapa for the excellent work done at the Club in remarks to the media before the game.

“Mutapa has done a very good job ever since he took over from the time, they were fighting relegation to this time and this year they have stabilized, and they are a good team. It’s not going to be easy game, but we are all prepared for it,” said Nyirenda.

“We have told our players to go and enjoy the game, enjoy what they are doing it’s not only for Zanaco every other team have always dreaded Imboela Stadium for whatever reason, we are going there with a focused mind, and we will get a result,” concluded the coach.
