Power Dynamos striker Titus Chansa remains hopeful of a turnaround in his fortunes despite struggling for game time with the defending Super League champions.
The 22-year-old forward, who joined Power Dynamos on a one-year loan deal from Mutondo Stars at the beginning of the year, has found opportunities hard to come by at Arthur Davies Stadium. Since his arrival, he has started only two matches in the MTN Super League and has yet to register a goal or an assist this season.
Chansa last featured for Power Dynamos in the league on 11 October in a 2-1 loss to Red Arrows, raising concerns about his dip in form since switching from Mutondo Stars, where he previously thrived as the club’s top scorer with 8 goals.
Despite the slow start to life in Kitwe, Chansa believes better days lie ahead. Speaking exclusively to BolaNews, he expressed optimism about rediscovering his scoring touch.
“I think everything has just got time, and it’s just that a phase that every player goes through during their playing career. I remain hopeful not all hope is gone and am still confident I will still get back to my fine form,” he said.
“I keep working hard, and I know my time will come. Fans should continue supporting me, and I promise them that I will soon get back to my fine form,” noted Chansa.
Chansa’s loan deal runs until January 2026, giving him ample time to turn his season around as Power Dynamos continue their campaign.
