Mukuka Mulenga, is regarded as one of the brightest talents to play in the Zambian Premier League. How good a player was he?

His ex-teammate at Power Dynamos Kennedy Mudenda has offered some insights on how good the former midfield genius was.

“We used to call him Deco magic,” Mudenda said exclusively to Bolanews. “I think he is the one who made us tick in that team we won the league.“

Mulenga.

Mukuka was a key player in Power’s 2011 side, which won the Absa Cup and the league under Fodson Kabole and Beston Chambeshi.

“When I look back, I think it was balanced in all angles,” Mudenda said.

Mulenga later left Power and played for South African side Mamelodi Sundowns, among other clubs, but could not replicate his form owing to a nagging injury.
