The top game on the schedule for this weekend’s Zambian Super League is the Nkana-Power Dynamos derby in the week 12 fixture.

The two teams’ first league encounter of the season promises to be a melancholy symphony of tunes reminiscent of a “Clash of the Titans.”

While Nkana is beginning to regain their form, Power Dynamos are losing after winning only one of their previous four League games, and they are still in the uncomfortable situation of feeling like they could be demoted.

With head coach Mwenya Chipepo absent from the sidelines, the defending Super League Champions defeated Mutondo Stars 2-0 to secure their return to winning ways.

At Nkoloma Stadium, Red Arrows and Green Buffaloes will engage in a derby that will feature the Defense Forces battle.

Kabwe Warriors come up against Green Eagles, while the Bankers Zanaco, will take on Kansanshi Dynamos, as they aim not to lose grip from the top four.

Former Nkana tactician Beston Chambeshi marks his return to coaching in charge of Konkola Blades to face stubborn FC MUZA.

Zesco United will look to reignite their form and crawl to the summit of the league when they take on Mutondo Stars.
