Ian Bakala, the head coach of Forest Rangers Football Club, says since he rejoined the team, his team has become more mentally resilient with each game they have played.
When the Ndola team hosts log leaders Kabwe Warriors at Dola Hill Stadium, they will be looking to bounce back after a 2-0 loss to FC MUZA.

Following the defeat, Fole Malembe finds themselves in 16th position with 23 points. Bakala admitted in a pre-game interview that the contest against the competitive Kabwe Warriors would be tight match.
Bakala anticipates that Forest Rangers will give Happy Sichikolo, the interim coach of the Kabwe Warriors, his first league loss when he took over the team, which he has won three and drawn one.

“I think, coming from a loss, it’s how you’re going to come back. But looking at the game against Kabwe Warriors, it’s a tight game. Kabwe Warriors is doing well,” Bakala said.
Bakala said that his side is determined to win the match and improve their position on the log standings.
“I think mentally, they’re becoming stronger and stronger every week. Looking at how we started after the break, it’s going to be a different ball game, and looking at how we are preparing the team, they are looking very strong. I think they’ve forgotten about the loss” he concluded.
