Forest Rangers and Arrows win banter, Leopards remain unbeaten in ZSL

A solitary goal from Garald simusokwe was enough to secure victory for Forest Rangers Nchanga rangers as the Ian Bakala coached side remain unbeaten this season and moved to 3rd place on the table.

Leopards came from behind to beat Chambishi 3-1 with goals from Lubinda mundia, Landu and Willmore Haatembo.

The Correct Boys extended their lead to 15 points with a point ahead of second placed Red Arrows who overcome their millitary rivals Green Buffaloes with a 1-0 victory at the Nkoloma stadium.

Meanwhile, Zanaco’s struggles continued as they were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw by Nkwazi with the Bankers now winless in their last four matches.

Elsewhere in the Super League, problems have continued for Nkana FC, both on and off the pitch as they lost to MUZA F.C by 1-0 at the Nakambala stadium in Mazabuka.

A solitary goal from Andrew Phiri was all what MUZA F.C needed to record their second victory of the season and condemn the 13 times Super League champions to a frustrating defeat.

The Kitw side remains rooted in the relegation zone with 5 points in 7 matches.

Solwezi side, Lumwana Radiants also beat troubled Buildcon 2-0 in Lumwana as they ensured the Team kopala remained winless in 7 games.

Two goals in each half from Benjamin Mukanda and Richard Zulu were all what Lumwana needed to win the game while Power dynamos and Kansanshi Dynamos played out to a barren draw in Kitwe.
