FC Muza head coach, Lameck Banda, believes his team did not deserve to lose to Kabwe Warriors on Saturday.

Banda has blamed the team’s inability to convert opportunities as affecting their performance this season.

Muza suffered their fourth defeat under Banda this season, falling 1-0 to Kabwe Warriors in a week 10 fixture. It was their first loss at the Godfrey Ucar Chitalu Stadium in Kabwe to drop into 13th place with 12 points from 10 matches played thus far.

“Painful defeat, a game that I feel we didn’t deserve to lose; we created so many chances but failed to convert and we got punished in the end by our opponents,” Banda told BolaNews in an interview.

“The way forward is always to improve because if we don’t improve then it will be difficult to face Lumwana Radiants, we need to improve on our execution in terms of finishing off our chances that we are creating.”

In order to redeem themselves in the league, Muza will host the Lumwana Radiants in week 11.

This season, the Elegant Dynamites have three wins, three draws, and four losses.
