Despite dropping points in their past games, Beston Chambeshi believes Konkola Blades are on the right track ahead of Sunday’s league game against the league’s reigning champions, Power Dynamos.
On Sunday during a Week 13 league fixture, Konkola Blades drew 1-all against Red Arrows.
Clenn Afful put the home side ahead in the 31st minute, before Albert Kangwanda’s goal in the 68th minute to level matters for the visitors.
The draw result left Sharp Razor rooted ninth with 17 points from 13 matches played so far.
Sharp Razor have four wins, drawn five, and lost four times this season.
Speaking to the club’s media in an interview, Chambeshi is confident e in his team’s capabilities to turn tables around in their upcoming matches.
“I still do have confidence in my team to deliver positive results in the coming fixtures,” he said.
“Red Arrows are currently commanding the league, but we don’t bow to that. Football is football,” added Chambeshi.
