The Copper Queens gave away a 1-3 lead to draw with Switzerland in their ninth pre-World Cup match on Friday night.

The Swiss grabbed the lead in the 8th minute through Anna-Maria Crnogorcevic, but Zambia equalized five minutes later through Grace Chanda, who Rachael Kundananji assisted.

Zambia went on to take the lead in the 20th minute through Barbra Banda before Kundananji extended the scoreline in the 45th minute to end the first stanza 1-3.

The Swiss initiated several attacks, and shortly after the substitution of Banda, Susan Katongo, and goalkeeper Hazel Nali they finally got the equalizer through Coumba Sow in the 81st minute.
