WAFCON 2024: South Africa and Algeria qualified; who is next?

The 2024 Morocco Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifiers will conclude today, with South Africa and Algeria already qualified, while Zambia, Nigeria, and Mali have one foot in the tournament after their massive victories in the first legs.

Southern Africa and Algeria on Monday confirmed their qualification for next year’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Banyana Banyana beat Burkina Faso 3-1 on aggregate following a 2-0 win at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.

Algeria defeated Burundi 6-1 on aggregate after recording a narrow 1-0 away win to book their ticket to WAFCON for the first time since 2018.

Mali vs Guinea (AGG: 7-2)

Nigeria vs Cape Verde (AGG: 5-0)

Equatorial Guinea vs DR Congo (AGG: 1-1)
