RACHAEL Kundananji’s goal ratio at Bay FC may not have matched her transfer fee but that player says she is not under pressure in her debut season at the USA National Women’s League side.

In February, Kundananji became the most expensive woman footballer after sealing a move from Spanish side CFF Madrid with Bay FC parting away with over US$860,000.

However, despite the huge transfer fee paid for her, the Copper Queens striker has struggled to make a mark at her new club where she has only managed to score three goals in 12 matches.

Her ratio has been dwarfed by that of compatriot Barbra Banda who turns up for Orlando Pride and has managed to find the back of the net on 12 occasions in as many games.

“My time is coming and I am not going to give up. As you can see, Bay FC is a new team and we are shaping well so as we go you are going to see a lot of things that Bay FC are going to show.

“I can never be under pressure, I was under pressure when it [the transfer] just happened, but I have calmed down, I have come to realize that that is just money and I should understand that I have to do my job and do the focus,” she said.
