Inter Milan won their 20th Italian league title on Monday night with a 2-1 victory in the Milan Derby.
Inter needed only three points to secure the Scudetto with five games remaining before facing their city rivals AC Milan on Monday.
Simone Inzaghi’s side has had an incredible season, one of the most dominant in Serie A history.
While Inter cannot match Juventus’ record of 102 points in a single season (set in 2013/14), they can become only the second team to reach 100 points.
Inter is also the first of the two Milanese giants to win 20 league titles in the process.
Previously, both clubs were tied with 19 scuddetto. Inter have thus secured some unique bragging rights, though Juventus has by far the most championships, 36.
