Jeff Lungu, the goalkeeper for Prison Leopards, acknowledges that his team has had a difficult season and that their prospects of earning promotion to the Super League remain uncertain.
The Correct Boys are sixth with 50 points on the log with two matches left before the close of the season.

In their rescheduled fixture at President’s Stadium, Prison Leopards defeated Aguila stars 2-0 to revive hopes of securing promotion to the Zambia Premier Super League.
Lungu kept the team in the game as he kept a clean sheet making some crucial saves denying their opponents a goal.
The Prison Leopards shotstopper has managed to keep 12 clean sheets across all competitions this season for his team.

Speaking to Bolanews in an exclusive interview, Lungu said it has a tough season.
“It has not been easy playing in the National Division One league because every team we have faced wanted to prove a point by beating us because we are a team coming from the Super League,”he said.
The former Zesco Shockers goalminder is eyeing the best Goalkeeper award.
“I was working hard to help my team secure promotion to the Super League, but it’s been a tight race in the National Division One League because most of the teams above us put up a strong performance. My target was to come out as best Goalkeeper, but it has not been easy as I have only managed to keep 12 clean sheets,“he said.
Meanwhile, Prison Leopards will face Chambishi FC next week Wednesday as they seek promotion to Elite football.
