The Mabanga Boys secured promotion to the Elite Super with an excellent record as they remain unbeaten at their home ground this season.

Kansanshi defeated Young Green Buffaloes 1-0 in a Week 30 rescheduled fixture at Solwezi Independence Stadium on Wednesday.

Kelvin Chisamba’s goal in the 80th minute helped the team walk away with three points.

After the match, Saileti dedicated the victory to the fans.

“Very excited especially that we were playing at home, we wanted to give our fans a last win of our home game this season. Even the players, I told them to die a little for our fans because they have been there for us,”said Saileti.

The former Mutondo Stars boss further noted that the team seeks to bounce back stronger in the Elite league.

“We need to strategize as a team and the Exco, we need to sit down and replan of course, it’s a big league, Super Division is where we belong and I can assure you that we shall be ready for the Super League. We just need to plan well in pre-season,”Saileti said.

However, with only one match left to play, Kansanshi Dynamos are second placed with 65 points, four behind Log Leaders Konkola Blades.

The Mabanga Noys have registered 18 wins, drawn 11 and lost 4 matches.
