ZPL National League side Indeni FC has resigned midfielder Jubell Sakala, returning to the club for a second stint as the Oilmen push to revive Super League promotion hopes.
Sakala made his immediate return to action, featuring in Indeni’s 0-0 draw against Trident FC on Saturday at the Indeni Sports Complex in Ndola.
In a statement, Indeni FC also confirmed the acquisition of goalkeeper Emmanuel Munshya, bringing the number of new additions to two.
Munshya made his full debut, starting in goal and keeping his first clean sheet for his new side.
“We are delighted to welcome Jubell Sakala and Emmanuel Munshya to Indeni Football Club,” the club said.

Sakala rejoins the Oilmen on loan from Nkwazi Football Club.
“He played a key role in our promotion to the MTN Super League,” the statement read.
“Earlier this season, Jubell turned out for Lumwana Radiants Football Club before the expiry of his contract. He joins us as a midfielder, adding experience and quality to our squad.”
Munshya, joins from Mpulungu Harbour Football Club.
“We wish both players every success during their time at Indeni Football Club,” the club added.
The goalless draw leaves Indeni FC in ninth place on the National League table with 23 points, while Trident remains in fifth on 30 points, three behind fourth-placed Kafue Celtics, as the race for promotion places continues.
