Dave Daka Bids Farewell to Kansanshi Dynamos, Keeps Next Move Under Wraps

Former U-23 international confirms exit after three years but remains tight-lipped on future plans.

Former Zambia Under–23 international Dave Daka has left newly promoted Super League side Kansanshi Dynamos but remains mute about his next move.

Daka has been at Kansanshi since he joined them from Power Dynamos in 2022. After three years at the club, he has decided to move on.

Daka, also formerly of Zanaco and Zesco United, took to social media to announce his departure.

“I just want to say many thanks to this family for everything you have done in my life and career, to the coaches, the exco, the medical team, the media team, the players.”

“You people made it possible for me to settle in this team and to the heartbeat of this great team, the supporters in and outside northwest province, you people are amazing. your passion for this team is so adorable. it’s that time in life to say bye but not goodbyes — the journey continues,” he shared on Facebook.

When reached out to, Daka confirmed his departure but was not willing to hint at his next move.

Daka, 28, was part of the Zambia Under–23 team that played at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Senegal.
