Daka, also formerly of Zanaco and Zesco United, took to social media to announce his departure.
“I just want to say many thanks to this family for everything you have done in my life and career, to the coaches, the exco, the medical team, the media team, the players.”
“You people made it possible for me to settle in this team and to the heartbeat of this great team, the supporters in and outside northwest province, you people are amazing. your passion for this team is so adorable. it’s that time in life to say bye but not goodbyes — the journey continues,” he shared on Facebook.
When reached out to, Daka confirmed his departure but was not willing to hint at his next move.
Daka, 28, was part of the Zambia Under–23 team that played at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Senegal.
