The two teams will face off for the sixth time in World Cup competition, with each winning two games and drawing one.

The Dutch have only lost one game in nine meetings with Argentina in all competitions, winning four, drawing four, and losing one.

In their last World Cup meeting in 2014, Argentina advanced to the finals via penalties, while in 1998, Argentina was eliminated by the Netherlands 2-1 in the quarterfinal.

The Netherlands have advanced from their last three World Cup quarterfinal matches and will be looking to qualify for the fourth time.

Argentina have won the World Cup twice, in 1978 and 1986, while the Netherlands have never won it but have finished second three times to hold the record for playing the most World Cup finals without ever winning the tournament.

PREDICTION, BETTING TIPS, AND ODDS

The last dance for MESSI? Well, Argentina will look to progress to the semifinals and on paper, they look to be the favorites but the Dutch will also be a hard nut to crack. This game will produce goals. TRY GG@ 1.05 FOR TEAMS TO SCORE.
