Squaring off against Emmanuel Banda in the middle of the park, Kings Kangwa scored a goal and provided an assist to help Hapoel Beer Sheva beat Maccabi Bney Reine 2-0. The playmaker laid off the ball to Mohammad Kanaan to set up the opener in the first half before planting the ball into the bottom right corner with a decisive shot.

Kangwa has now directly contributed to ten goals in the Ligat Ha’Al this season with six goals and four assists.

Elsewhere, Clatous Chama marked his full debut for Simba SC with an assist against Esperance de Tunis in the CAF Champions League. He nodded the ball into the path of Yusuph Kagoma, who doubled the lead for the Tanzanian giants.

Simba SC eventually earned their first point of the group phase, having played four matches.
