Patson Daka’s road to rediscover himself officially begins today when he is expected to make his competitive debut for Hamburger SV.
The Chipolopolo striker joined the German club in the current transfer window after bringing an end to his difficult spell at Leicester City, where he struggled to establish himself as a regular and influential figure.
For Daka, the move represents a fresh start after what was largely a forgettable chapter in England. At Hamburger, however, the early signs suggest he may have found an environment in which he can begin to rebuild.
Although his time in Germany has been short, Daka appears to be enjoying himself.
