The Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League has gone on mid-season break following the last weekend’s round of matches.
FC Platinum top the log with 35 points, three points ahead of Manica Diamonds, while defending champions Ngezi Platinum are third with 30 points.

Early pacesetters, the Highlanders are now sitting in fifth place with 26 points. Kelvin Kaindu’s side suffered their third defeat of the season on Saturday as Yadah punished them with a 2-0 scoreline.
The PSL announced heading into week 17 that the break will begin following the matches scheduled on June 29–30, 2024.
“The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League will take a break after the conclusion of Match Day 17 fixtures scheduled for June 29–30, 2024,” the statement read.
On July 13, the league matches will resume. Clubs are allowed to bolster their rosters during the midseason transfer window.

“PSL matches will resume on Saturday, July 13, 2024, and no friendly matches will be sanctioned during the break.”
