The Malawi transfer window is about to conclude in a week, and all the major clubs are looking to add new players to their squads ahead of the second round of the Super League.
Lilongwe-based Silver Strikers have since signed Mighty Tigers forward George Chaomba on a three-year deal.
Silver coach Pieter de Jongh has made communication to board members to bring to the club six players.

A Blantyre-based team called Mighty Mukuru Wanderers is also looking to add players, but they have not yet done so.
Wanderers head coach Mark Harrison hinted that the team intend to add fresh players to the squad.
“The club intends to finalize a deal to re-sign their former midfielder Francisco Madinga who left the club in 2020 to join Georgian club Dila Gori on a two-year deal,” he said.

Additionally, holding midfielder Lloyd Aaron of Civil Service United and TNM Super League’s current league-leading scorer Clement Nyondo of Dedza Dynamos have ties to Wanderers.

The league’s defending champions FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Kallisto Pasuwa told the media that he will need to beef up his side with two players.
