The Chipolopolo Boys have been drawn in Group E containing, Morocco, Congo Brazzaville, Tanzania, Niger, and Eritrea for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
All 54 countries have been drawn into nine groups of six teams and they will play home-and-away matches from November 2023 to October 2025.
Only one team will qualify from each group for the tournament that will be co-hosted by Canada, USA, and Mexico.
The four best runners-up will compete for a slot in the intercontinental playoff for a tenth berth for Africa.

Group A: Egypt, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Djibouti
Group B: Senegal, DR Congo, Mauritania, Togo, Sudan, South Sudan
Group C: Nigeria,South Africa,Benin, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Lesotho
Group D: Cameroon, Cape Verde,Angola, Libya, eSwatini, Mauritius
